Frank Lampard has been united by ashley Cole in Chelseas coaching staff, where he is going to work together with the U15s.
Cole declared his retirement after a thriving 20-year playing career at the age of 38 from soccer in September.
The three-time Premier League champion has taken a role in the youth academy of Chelsea since U15s coach and hell be looking to attract the following crop of youngsters through to Lampard team.
In his first interview since taking the job, Cole said:You need to be a top player to play for Chelsea so that they need those high ex-players influencing and attempting to assist the next generation develop and be better players.

Chelsea are quick and most likely one of the first clubs to actually tap into that, not only with trainers but staff from the loans team along with other departments, to bring back them to pass on their experience and expertise.
Cole spent the majority of his career at Arsenal and Chelsea before ending with spells at LA Roma Galaxy and Derby County.
Even the Champions League winner played managers and he expects to embrace a few of their features into his coaching style.
Cole added:Everyone has their own philosophy but you also need to consider ideas that you like from various coaches. Was that every trainer is a thief.
I need to take elements of Jose Mourinho with regard to organised he was, Carlo Ancelotti because of his man-management and how hed give players religion to move out and express themselves within his own system and Arsene Wenger, that was definitely a fantastic man-manager and set a lot of confidence in young players.
I want to be the best. So its about understanding what it takes, Ive been around a great deal of supervisors and great players. I understood as a player what it took to be the best and its about attempting to move that to how I could be the best as a trainer.
