„Corinna-Rosa Hacker has for a long time been devoted to painting and photography. During the last years, Corinna-Rosa focused mainly on art and documentary photography. Her work encapsulates a colorful and intensive confrontation with the present. Her photographs pay tribute to her special curiosity for the “here” and “now”, for people and composition. She interacts playful with the camera as a medium that accompanies her everywhere at all times. She enjoys travelling and exploring life to the full.

She has worked within that context on several portraits of people whom she encountered in the course of her travels through countries as the Philippines, Burma or Borneo. A lot of her photography art work emphasizes her affinity for painting: the borders of photography and painting become increasingly blurred.
She intentionally uses post-digital application in a limited way.
